Welcome to Tailor Trak! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tailor Trak software application and services provided by Algadong IT Solutions Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Tailor Trak, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, activating a license, or using Tailor Trak in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Tailor Trak.
Tailor Trak offers two license types:

Access to Tailor Trak requires payment of the applicable license fee. Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary by plan type and billing period.
We accept payment through authorized payment channels. All fees are payable in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
Licenses must be renewed upon expiration to continue accessing Tailor Trak. We will notify you before your license expires, but it is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal.
License fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you have not activated or used the license.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into Tailor Trak, including customer information, orders, measurements, and business records. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption both in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that you use Tailor Trak at your own risk.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
While we provide cloud synchronization features, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business data. We are not liable for any data loss.
You agree to use Tailor Trak only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include:
Tailor Trak, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is the property of Algadong IT Solutions Ltd, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Tailor Trak. The software may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Tailor Trak at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
We provide customer support to all licensed users. Enterprise plan users receive priority support with faster response times.
We may release updates, patches, and new versions of Tailor Trak. You agree to accept such updates as they become available. Updates may be required to continue using the software.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Algadong IT Solutions Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use Tailor Trak. License fees are non-refundable upon termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tailor Trak immediately, without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use Tailor Trak immediately ceases. You should export your data before termination, as we may delete your account data after a reasonable period.
Tailor Trak supports use across multiple devices with cloud synchronization. You are responsible for ensuring that all devices using your account are secure and authorized. Unauthorized device access may result in account suspension.
Tailor Trak includes SMS notification features to communicate with your customers. You are responsible for:
Tailor Trak may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation with us. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or within the application. Your continued use of Tailor Trak after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Algadong IT Solutions Ltd regarding your use of Tailor Trak and supersede all prior agreements.
