• Location Data: We do not collect precise location data unless you explicitly grant permission for specific features

2. How We Use Your Information

• App Functionality: To provide core features including order management, customer records, inventory tracking, and reporting
• Data Synchronization: To sync your data across your devices and with our secure cloud servers
• Backup & Recovery: To create automatic backups of your business data

Your business data is stored locally on your device using SQLCipher encryption, ensuring that your data is protected even if your device is compromised.

When synchronization is enabled, your data is stored on secure cloud servers with industry-standard encryption:

• Data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols
• Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
• Access to cloud data is protected by authentication mechanisms

3.3 Media Storage

Photos and videos are stored securely and are accessible only to you and authorized users of your business account.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, cloud storage, and analytics
• Google Drive: For optional backup services (only if you enable this feature)

• Photo Library: To select and upload existing images
• Microphone: To record voice notes for order specifications
• Biometric (Fingerprint/Face): For optional app security lock
• Internet / Network State: For optional cloud sync and backup
• Notifications: To send order reminders and customer alerts
• Boot Completed / Wake Lock / Vibrate: To deliver scheduled order reminders reliably in the background

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though some features may not function without them.

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

8. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Tailor Trak account directly from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by visiting our Account Deletion page. You may also contact us at support@tailortrak.com.

When your account is deleted, your personal data will be removed from our servers within 30 days. Certain data may be retained if required by law or for business record-keeping purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
